adequate stay
friendly staff helpful suggestion spacious room low pressure elevator malfunction emergency button
i found the staff very friendly. they gave helpful suggestions for places for visit. the rooms felt spacious and well laid out too. i was lucky, i saw petronas towers.
the rain shower did not have good water pressure. it took time to shower because water pressure was low. the elevator was to have malfunctioned on check-out. i got trapped in the elevator for a couple minutes.

fantastic stay
perfect location warm welcome modern room breakfast selection
the location was perfect , offering convenient access to nearby attractions. i was greeted warmly upon arrival and offered an early check-in. i found the rooms to be modern , well-designed , and maintained in pristine condition. the breakfast selection was extensive , with a variety of local dishes.
the water pressure in the rain shower wasn't great , which extended the shower time.

my room had a modern design and was quite spacious. i appreciated the floor-to-ceiling windows that provided nice city views. the room included a lavazza coffee machine and a toto bidet toilet.

the rooftop infinity pool was a highlight , and it offered amazing skyline views. the hotel provides a 24-hour gym , allowing guests to exercise anytime. the saltwater pool was another great option for staying active .
